Celebrity Big Brother favourite JoJo Siwa has made her comeback to reality television in the newest series of Netflix's Selling Sunset.
The property programme follows the high-flying agents at The Oppenheim Group as they navigate the competitive Los Angeles property market, complete with workplace tensions.
Similar to earlier series, season nine showcases celebrity clients such as actor Tyrese Gibson, vocalist Tinashe and the Dance Moms legend.
Prior to entering ITV's social experiment, JoJo had recently parted ways with her opulent LA property.
With assistance from Chrishell Stause, the 22-year-old disposed of her six-bedroom, seven-bathroom residence for $4.1 million, reports OK!.
Selling Sunset audiences get an inside look at the 6,462 square feet dwelling, which brims with keepsakes from JoJo's early career in the limelight.
She initially bought the estate aged just 16 in 2019. As Netflix viewers explore the performer's previous residence, we examine her projected net worth.
JoJo boasts an estimated fortune of $20 million (£15.1 million), according to Celebrity Net Worth.
Following her rise to stardom on Dance Moms, she gained recognition for her distinctive hair accessories.
These items developed into an enormous merchandising empire for the celebrity, generating more than $80 million in revenue.
During a conversation with Howie Mandel in 2023, the performer looked back on the venture's success.
"I started selling them when I was thirteen, so they've been in stores now for seven years," she began. "And the success of it, really, it's kind of crazy.
Because we started selling JoJo bows on my own, just me and my team. The success of the JoJo bow is what drew Nickelodeon into my life.
"They saw that success and they were like 'We want to be a part of this and make this an even bigger merchandise empire.'"
The Gen Z celebrity continued by disclosing that "the bows have sold over $80 million," with costs varying from $5 to $14 per bow.
Beyond her profitable merchandise domain, JoJo allegedly pocketed a staggering £400,000 for her stint on Big Brother.
An insider told The Sun: "US TV gigs generally pay a lot more than their UK counterparts, so JoJo's team will expect a minimum amount of money on the table to even consider the offer from CBB bosses."
Her additional television appearances have featured Dancing With the Stars, which purportedly netted her $125,000 (£94,695) simply for agreeing to participate.
Meanwhile, the television personality boasts a thriving YouTube platform with over 12 million subscribers, plus a recording career and more than 11 million social media followers - all contributing to her enormous wealth.
