Urgent hunt for four-month-old baby and her teen mum after they vanish from town centre

Police have launched an urgent hunt for a four-month-old baby girl and her 17-year-old mum who went missing from a town centre over 24 hours ago.

Skye Conway, 17, from Medway, Kent, was last seen with the daughter near Strood town centre at around 7.30pm yesterday with her four-month-old baby girl. said it was "growing increasingly concerned" for the mother and daughter's welfare. Cops said the teen is around 5ft 6inch tall and has curly black hair and brown eyes.

Skye was last seen wearing a grey Nike Tech fleece, over a black vest, and black leggings. The teen was also wearing either black Crocs or Nike Jordan trainers.

Her four-month-old baby also has black curly hair and was in a buggy. Kent Police has appealed for anybody with information on them or their whereabouts to step forward.

Cops asked anybody who sees them or knows where they are to call 999 and quote the reference 14-1075.
