Friday's episode of Beyond Paradise left fans reaching for the tissues as Humphrey Goodman (played by the brilliant Kris Marshall) and Martha Lloyd's (portrayed by Sally Bretton) time with their foster daughter, Rosie (adorably played by Bella Rei Blue Stevenson), came to a tear-jerking end.
Throughout the show, viewers could feel the emotion cranked up a notch as the lovable couple prepped for Rosie's birthday party, complete with all her friends from school.
But as the party came to an end, the pair faced the dreaded ring of the telephone - Rosie's biological mum was ready to welcome her back home.

Initially, Rosie took the news badly, but soon enough, she confessed to feeling a blend of joy and sadness about reuniting with her mum.

The heart-wrenching moments unfolded, with Martha's mother, Anne (Barbara Flynn), giving Rosie a hug and some parting advice: "Take care of yourself, won't you?", reports .
A nodding Rosie responded, affirming she'd look after herself and extended the same wishes to Anne.
Martha's embrace was nothing short of a sob fest as she told Rosie, "You're family now. So, if you ever need anything."
Jumping in, Humphrey added his piece, "Yes, anything at all," with Martha quickly rounding it off with a comforting, "We are only a phone call away."
Rosie's innocent question, "Is it ok to be happy and sad at the same time?" got a loving nod from Martha, who said, "Of course it is."
With her voice drenched in emotion, Rosie admitted, "That is how I feel, then," before saying her final goodbye.
And if that wasn't enough, Esther Williams (Zahra Ahmadi) delivered a crushing blow to Archie (Jamie Bamber), making it crystal clear she wasn't changing her mind about their romance.
Taking to to share their devastation, one viewer tweeted: "What?? They broke up? Devoed. #BeyondParadise.
"I really wish Esther wasn't scared and hadn't dumped Archie. They were good for each other #BeyondParadise," another fan said.
A third wrote: "I'm hoping Archie is going to win her back next ep - they are great together, don't ruin it."
