TDI Infrastructure Ltd will invest Rs 100 crore in it’s flagship integrated township, TDI City, Kundli, a company executive said.
The township is spread across 1,100 acres, TDI City, and with major infrastructure upgrades and regional development reshaping the NCR landscape, real estate value in Kundli has increased significantly.
Once considered peripheral, Kundli is now one of the fastest-growing real estate and infrastructure corridors in North NCR. The recently inaugurated Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II) now connects NH-1 directly to IGI Airport and Gurugram, cutting
travel time to Central Delhi to under 40 minutes. With the KMP Expressway, upcoming Delhi Metro extension, and Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) corridor, Kundli is rapidly integrating into NCR’s high-speed connectivity network.
“With TDI City, Kundli, we are building the ‘ Gurgaon of the North’ - a vibrant, connected, and aspirational address that will also contribute towards decongesting New Delhi through balanced development,” said Akshay Taneja, CEO, TDI Infrastructure Ltd.
TDI Infrastructure has delivered over 2,500 acres across Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.
Earlier this year, the group became debt-free, clearing dues of over Rs 2,000 crore.
