BHEL Artisan Registration: The application process for recruitment to the posts of Artisan in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is going to end soon. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for this recruitment till today, 8 August 2025. The target of this recruitment drive is to fill a total of 515 posts. This recruitment includes the posts of Fitter, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, and Foundryman.

Who can apply?

Candidates applying for BHEL Artisan Recruitment 2025 must have passed the 10th class. Apart from this, it is mandatory to have NTC (National Trade Certificate), i.e., ITI, and NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate) in the relevant trade. Minimum 60% marks are mandatory for General and OBC category candidates, and minimum 55% marks for SC/ST category.

Linguistic Qualification and Age Limit

Knowledge of the respective regional language is necessary for candidates applying from the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. At the same time, knowledge of the Hindi language is mandatory for those applying from other states. This is necessary in terms of local functionality and communication.

The maximum age limit for General and EWS category candidates has been kept at 27 years. Age will be calculated on the basis of 1 July 2025. At the same time, SC, ST, OBC, and other reserved categories will be given age relaxation as per government rules.

How will the selection be done?

In this recruitment process, candidates will be selected in three stages. There will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT) in the first phase. After this, verification of documents and finally medical examination will be done. Candidates who complete all the stages will be given an appointment.
